MMA #12

 

Rolling, rolling & more rolling…forwards, backwards, tight & loose. Combos 1-4, some kicking into kick pads as held by partner (fun). Takedown & sprawl drills, as usual. Next class we study chokes (yay!). Felt great after class, but this morning felt like I had been worked over by a ball bat….those mats (as I have mentioned before) are HARD!
