MMA #8

Lots of focus pad work, 2-4 punch combos & blocks. Single leg take down drills with transition to side control. 25 reps of the sprawl drill. Started with a new drill...standing, hands clasped, left foot forward, try to break each other's balance. Today's training partner, a young guy about my size, couldn't move me at all. Big kid, pretty strong for being untrained. If he hit the weights for a few months he could be a real handful...he punches pretty hard.
