MMA 2nd term #1

Usual punching combinations with greater emphasis on form, Thai clench & follow up attacks, and hundreds of roundhouse kicks. Another Shotokan habit to break…for the roundhouse kick was trained to pull my toes back and strike with the ball of my foot, now the striking surface is the top of the foot. It will take awhile to retrain myself.
