MMA 2/13

Drills of various types: ducking/weaving, combos 1-5, sprawl & Thai clench, front guillotine.
Felt pretty good, fatigued but not injured. A missed class allowed me to heal a little bit, I think...I have to remind myself occasionally that 46!=20. The guillotine drills actually help straighten my neck out some. It makes some excellent cracking noises under a bowl of rice crispies (snap crackle pop!)
