MMA 3/1

Passed my test, I am now an orange belt....yay for the old guy.
Usual bag work warm up drills, then spent most of the class on the Thai kick, which I have practiced about a billion times on my heavy bag at home. Bizarre drill in front of mirror, spinning completely around after throwing Thai kick. Front and backwards mat rolling drills followed by a fun sweep>guard>guard pass>side control drill.
