Usual focus mitt warm-up drills, conditioning work or the heavy bag (alternate striking drills with push ups/sit ups). Front & rear leg Thai kick drills on the heavy bag. Shoot & sprawl drills, in guard to half guard transitions drills. New cross arm bar & escape from the bottom. Welt on my right shin from the Thai kicks. Felt pretty good after class, but quite weak...folding two loads of laundry was a
chore.
