MMA 3/5

Many many kicking drills, touch sparing drills, and combo #3 (left jab, switch legs, back leg roundhouse, knee strike). Shoot & sprawl drills. Leg problem OK, probably because we didn't do any work from the guard.Took a knee to the side of the head, but that's just part of the game. Left shoulder hurts this AM, too many jabs?
