MMA 4/2

Pad drills with emphasis on blocking & counterpunching, rolling & shuffling drills, general thigh torture. Lots of grappling drills and the ever popular one minute "Improve Your Position" drill. Chance was happy to have nailed me a couple times, but I slammed him into the mat to return the favor. Took a knee to the head above my left eye. Legs very sore today. A great class overall.
