MMA 5/3

Half of class was striking drills (combos 1 & 2) and some more complicated combos (up to 11 movements). Thence to grappling, much shrimping & rolling, arm bar drills & tons of 2 minute grappling sessions. To add more fun, after a couple sessions they threw some members of the local BJJ club at us...who were fresh and just walked in the door. I think my opponent was pretty surprised when I took his back & got the hooks in twice, even though I was exhausted & 20 years older than him...
