Training will tell...

One of my rehab drills was to return a soccer ball by stopping it with one foot & switching legs & kicking it with the other...
my therapist remarked "Most people keep their arms out to the side to
keep their balance..." I was (unconsciously) in guard position with my arms up and my elbows in...then he said "If I saw you coming at me on the soccer field, I
would run..."
