MMA 3/18/2009

Striking drills, combos 1-5, the usual shrimping & rolling drills, nifty kimura from underneath drill. Rolled with a 230# n00b, kept him off but he was really strong. Gassed in last 10 minutes, it will probably take 6 weeks to make up for 6 weeks off in the cardio dept. Toes OK, a little sore. Have been wearing a knee strap on my right knee ( patellar tendinitis). Really helps a lot.
Mark "I want you to do this drill really fast, unless you are a Grandpa or something..is anyone here a Grandpa?" I raise my hand. "OK, you can go slow Tod"
