MMA 3/4/2009

Grappling workout went well, no permanent injury. My usual training partner was absent, so rolling was less intense than it could have been. Warmed up with combos 1-3 and did some guard progression drills (closed>open>butterfly>half>full mount> reversal landing in partner's guard). 1st jujistu since my illness & injury that began in December. Toes tender but OK. Cardio not as bad as it could have been, much to my relief.
