MMA 4/25 & 27

4/25: No go, back issues

4/27: 3 people in class...worked on half & full guard arm bars, chokes & escapes.
Combo 2: Left jab, duck, left jab, right cros, duck, left hook, right cross.
New knee pads are the bomb, no pain during single & double leg takedown drills.
