Double Clean  x 5 +
Double Snatch x 5 +
See-Saw Press x 5 +
Double Front Squat x 5 +
Double Swings x 5
Rest 2:00
Repeat 4x
Completed with 2 x 40 lb. bells in less than 15 minutes
Plus: 2 x 5 x 2 wood choppers with 40# bell
2 x 5 snatches with 55 lb. bell
3 x 20 crunches
overhead single arm carry, 30 sec. each side, 55 lb. bell
15 minutes heavy bag combos (punches/kicks/elbows)
