7/29 Kettlebell workout

Double Clean  x 5 +
Double Snatch x 5 +
See-Saw Press x 5 +
Double Front Squat x 5 +
Double Swings x 5
Rest 2:00
Repeat 4x
Completed with 2 x 40 lb. bells in less than 15 minutes (about 13 this time)
 Plus:
3 x 2 lunges (55 lb)

5 x 2 woodchoppers (40 lbs)
8 x front squat (55 lb)
8 x lat pulls (180 lbs)
Attempted on arm bent rows with 40# & 55# bells in the same hand, got about 2 reps each arm.
Limited by sweaty hands...
10 minutes combos on heavy bag.
