Repeat entire circuit three times as fast as possible.
Did this in 18 minutes with a 55 lb. bell...didn't puke...done for the evening.
Postscript: The only body parts that are really sore today are my pecs...I don't do a lot of
bench pressing or chest work anymore because, well, at 5'10" a 48" chest is more than enough, thanks.
