Tonight's workout...

Double Clean  x 5 +
Double Snatch x 5 +
See-Saw Press x 5 +
Double Front Squat x 5 +
Double Swings x 5
Rest 2:00
Repeat 4x

Completed with 2 x 40 lb. bells in less than 15 minutes...ouch

Last night did a "1/2 the reps" version of my 6/24 posted workout...having spent 90 minutes in the lovely
90 degree heat index chasing the boys around Thomas Park.
