8/4 odd lifts kettlebell workout

 Tired of my usual routine, put together some random exercises to break the boredom:

Warm up:
Halos 2 x 10 x 40 lb.
Slingshots 2 x 8 x 55 lb
Figure 8's 20 x 55 lbs.

TGU's: 2 x 5 x 55 lbs, alternating, slowly for form
Sots press 2 x 8 x 40 lb.
Windmills 2 x 5 x 40 lb. & 2 x 5 x 55 lb.
Single arm snatches 2 x 10 x 55 lbs in 1 minute.
Double bell clean 1 x 10 ( 2 x 40lb.)
Double front squats 2 x 5 x 95 lbs.

1 x 15 crunches

10 minutes combos on heavy bag, 16 oz. gloves plus 16 oz. wrist weights.
Put a fork in me, I'm done...
