MMA 4/4

Started with usual pad drills for warm up, thence to massive amounts of shrimping/rolling drills, then to grappling. Nice ground striking defence to guard drill, worked on double leg. Grappling from knees/over under clench to "improve position" ....got 3 guys in rear-naked choke position...a good night's grappling. Left lower back a little sore today, left calf still injured.
