MMA 4/11

Usual combo drills 1-4, feinting & ducking drills. 15 minutes of non stop sparring at the end of class. I (for some reason) don't gas as bad sparring as I do grappling. Instructor made sure we toned down the aggression a little, so I came out of this class uninjured, and with my liver still in it's original location.
