MMA 4/12

Striking & pad drill for 1st 1/2 hr., combos 3-5, thence to rolling, shrimping & conditioning drills, grappling technique drills & the ever popular "Improve Your Position" drill from an over/under clinch on the knees. Did pretty well, never got put on my back but had a hard time passing guard in some cases...beat up but not injured. Order a new set of shin/instep guards Tuesday. Wearing shin guards only was a bad idea, toes getting mashed during sparring.
