8/19 kettlebell workout

Warm-up:
Halos 5 x 2 x 40 lbs.
Slingshots 8 x 2 x 55 lbs.
Figure 8's: 10 x 2 x 55 lbs.

Double Clean  x 5 +
Double Snatch x 5 +
See-Saw Press x 5 +
Double Front Squat x 5 +
Double Swings x 5
Rest 2:00
Repeat 4x
Completed with 2 x 40 lb. bells in less than 15 minutes (about 13 this time)
 Plus:
One hand planks on the bell, 15 sec. each side
15 x crunches
10 x contralateral push-ups
Russian twists2 x 8 x 55 lbs.

Coming back after several days of whiskey, cigars & debauchery...it takes a toll.
