TGU's 2 x 2 x 40#

5 x 5 x double swings 80#
5 x 5 x front squats 80#
10 x 5 x contra lateral push-ups

2 x 5 x 55# military press
swings 25 x 55#
deadlift 10 x 95#
crunches x 25
lat pulls 10 x 175
renegade rows 2 x 5 x 40#
Kettlebell arm curls (towel through handle) x 10 (55 lb)
Kettlebell  tricep extensions (towel through handle) x 10 (55 lb).

Whole mess in 30 minutes.
