9/23 Last night's kettlebell routine

Warm-up: 15 minutes of MMA combos on the heavy bag


Repeat x 3:
Swings 12 x 55#
Snatch 2 x 5 x 40#
goblet squats 8 x 55#
Seesaw military press 2 x 5 x 40#
Renegade rows 2 x 5 x 55#

Crunches x 20
Windmills (hand behind back/chest to leg) 2 x 5 x 40#, pause 10 sec at bottom
Gladiator press 2 x 40, 15 sec hold.
Sit-ups with bell: 8 x 40#, 6 x 55#
Contra-lateral push-ups x 10

30 minutes, 200 reps
