9/29 Last night's kettlebell routine

Warm-up: 15 minutes of MMA combos on the heavy bag

Repeat x 4:
Swings 10 x 55#
 TGU 2 x 5 x 55#
 Front squats 5 x 110#
 Double bell clean & press 5 x 80#
 Snatch 2 x 5 x 55#

Crunches x 20
Lat pulldowns 8 x 175#
Sit-ups with bell: 8 x 40#, 6 x 55#
Contra-lateral push-ups x 10
Bench press 10 x 165#
Goblet squats 5 x 55#

60 minutes for the whole thing, completely wiped at end.
