No workout for old men..kettlebells tonight 8/24

Too bad I am an old man...

Warm-up:
Halos 5 x 2 x 40 lbs.
Slingshots 8 x 2 x 55 lbs.
Figure 8's: 10 x 2 x 55 lbs.

Double Clean  & press x 5         2 x 40# bells
Lat pulls x 5                               175#
Double swing x 10 x                   2 x 40# bells
Double Front Squat x 10            2 x 40# bells
Rest 2:00
Repeat 4x

Crunches x 15
1 arm planks on bell 15 sec each arm
Kettlebell arm curls (towel through handle) x 10 (55 lb)
Kettlebell behind the head  tricep extensions (towel through handle) x 10 (55 lb).
2 x 5 x 55# high pulls
Static overhead holds 30 sec. per arm x 55#
