Seesaw military press 2 x 10 x 40# 
Floor press 2 x 5 x 55#
Front squat 8 x 95#

The following exercises 2x each:

High pulls 2 x 5 x 55#
Goblet squat 5 x 55#
Floor press 2 x 5 x 40#

The following exercises 2x each:
Swings 10 x 55#
TGU 2 x 40#
Goblet squats 5 x 55#
Seesaw military press 2 x 10 x 40#  Snatch 2 x 5 x 40#

Bent rows 2 x 5 x 55#


45 minutes...very weak tonight, pulled a muscle in my left hip (illio-psoas?) last workout that left me unable to do push-ups or planks, very annoying.
